Ooh. Mondrian. This painting was the generator for my First Year Architecture school project, where we had to design and build a 3D model of a house abstracted from a 2D mondrian painting.

Checking out the famous Apple Store on 5th Avenue. I was told it's open 24 hours daily. ZY said they actually re-did the glass box to change it from a 6 paneled face to a 3 paneled face when technology allowed for bigger glass panels so there could be fewer joints. So much money hor?

It was Israel Day today and there was a huge procession along 5th Avenue so getting across at certain major junctions was almost impossible. At some stretches we had to wait something like 45 minutes to get across.
The faces of these kids said it all. Dad killed time while waiting by channelling positive energy into photography these kids.

Finally we managed to cross over to Central Park where we meant to have lunch but it started drizzling. Central Park is really beautiful.
