As much as the post title sounds like i just returned from some exotic part of Vietnam, truth is this is just an authentically quaint vietnamese restaurant furnished in rich old-fashioned charm that i found really pretty off Hai Ba Trung Street in Ho Chi Minh City where we had dinner during a recent work trip.
